Maya’s Cookies – Mission Gorge

I love this place. As a plant based gal, I am always looking for a delicious dessert that meets my dietary requirements and I finally found one!! I love every single cookie I have tried. They even have oatly soft serve ice cream. Maya is an absolute boss and legend. She is so kind and sweet to her customers. And clearly makes the best cookies in town. The famous everything cookie is my all time fave!

I am so relieved I don’t live in San Diego. This place would have ALL my money and I would be as big as a house! These cookies were sheer perfection from start to finish. Literally everything you want in a cookie! Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The flavors were spectacular! They were so good, I only got a picture of one whole cookie because the others didn’t last! Whew! I’ll be there as soon as they open before I head out of town to stock up!

But thank goodness they ship! But also, make sure you get there early because they WILL sell out!

mind-blowingly delicious & cruelty free?!? where have you been all my life, maya... ugh these cookies are so amazing, my gf & i always have to get at least one each time we see them. A win for the vegans with sweet tooths

These vegan cookies taste amazing! They are so decadant that we are second guessing if they are truely no animal products. Met the owners at the Long Beach Vegan Festival and they assured us all their cookies are delicious and they use vegan sourced ingredients. Caution - each cookie is substantial and sweet but I’m definitely getting them again next time we’re in the area.

Very joyful staff and ambience! The chelate and vanilla soft serve made with Oatly plant based milk is super smooth and creamy.

I also enjoyed the White Chocolate Espresso Cookie.
